• Listings built A to Z, to the highest standard — new products taken from raw data to live, sales-ready listings on every channel you sell on: keyword research per marketplace, titles and bullets written for that channel's search algorithm, backend keywords, category-correct attributes, imagery to channel spec, A+ Content where the channel supports it. Not translated exports — listings built to rank and convert, at any catalogue size
• Marketplace operations on 1–2 EU channels — listings maintained and optimised, feeds fixed, account health watched, suppressed listings recovered, pricing rules maintained (Amazon, Allegro, Kaufland or Erli)
• Continuous store development — a prioritised backlog we work through: features, sections, UX improvements; roughly 3 dev-days/month of shipped work
• CRO program — 1–2 test hypotheses per month: designed, built, measured, decided; no "best practices" hand-waving, only your data
• Retention ops (Klaviyo) — your flow library maintained and optimised, plus up to 2 campaigns/month designed, built and sent (flow library built via Klaviyo Retention Setup)
• Feed & catalogue management — one source of truth across storefront and channels, per-channel overrides handled
• Monthly performance report + working session — numbers, what moved, what we're doing next; decisions made in the call, not in email threads

• New market launches and major rebuilds scoped separately at plan-client rates
• 3-month minimum, monthly rolling after; billed monthly in advance; no rollover
