- PIM implementation — BaseLinker or Linnworks selected for your stack, configured from scratch: catalogue structure, channel mappings, pricing rules, shipping logic, automations
- Channel wiring — one catalogue source feeding your storefront and every marketplace (Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Kaufland and more), with per-channel overrides for titles, prices and content
- ERP integration where needed — bidirectional sync with Comarch, NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics and others: products, stock, prices, orders, invoices
- Data-flow discovery + field mapping document — every field, every direction, every transformation, signed off before a line of configuration
- Order routing & automation — from checkout to warehouse to invoice, including edge cases: partial shipments, returns, cancellations
- Error handling & alerting — failed syncs surface to your team, not to your customers
- Sandbox testing + cutover plan — nothing touches production until the numbers reconcile
- 30 days of monitoring + runbook and admin training included
