What we rescue

• Broken migrations — lost redirects, tanked rankings, missing data after a replatform someone else ran
• Dead integrations — ERP/PIM syncs failing silently, stock and price drift between systems (BaseLinker, Linnworks, ERP connectors)
• Marketplace emergencies — suppressed listings, account health warnings, compliance blocks (WEEE, GPSR documentation) on Amazon or Allegro
• Performance collapses — stores that dropped below acceptable speed after an app or theme change
• Checkout & tracking failures — broken conversion funnels, dead pixels, revenue reporting you can't trust

How it runs

1. Day 1: Diagnosis — root cause, damage scope, fix plan with a day estimate; you approve before we continue
2. Days 2–5: Fix — we repair, test and verify against real numbers
3. Debrief: what broke, why, what we changed, and what prevents a repeat — in writing

Terms

• $900 per day, billed in day blocks; most rescues take 2–5 days
• Same-week start for genuine emergencies, subject to seat availability
• The diagnosis day is always first — we don't quote fixes for problems we haven't seen

Rescue clients get priority access to Care afterwards — because the cheapest rescue is the one that never happens.
