- Backup discipline — theme versioning before every change; nothing breaks without a way back

Response & terms
- 48h response on requests, business days (CET — overlapping US mornings and full UK days)
- Requests beyond the included scope are quoted at plan-client rates before any work starts
- 3-month minimum, monthly rolling after; billed monthly in advance; unused scope doesn't roll over — you're paying for availability and continuity, like insurance

- New listing production and marketplace operations (that's Growth)
- Third-party app fees and ad spend
