Because Europe is what you're buying. We're EU-native — the compliance, the marketplaces, the payment and logistics ecosystems are our home turf, not a research project. And senior CEE engineering costs roughly half of its US equivalent.
Do you replace our agency?
Usually we replace three: the dev shop, the marketplace agency and the "EU consultant". Media buying can stay where it is — we're happy to direct an incumbent agency, as long as strategy and knowledge stay on your side of the table.
Why only five brands?
Because senior people don't scale by hiring juniors and pretending. Five seats keeps the people you met in the sales call in your Slack.
What does a plan not include?
Ad spend, third-party app fees, and net-new projects (new market launches on Care/Growth, major rebuilds) — those are scoped separately, at plan-client rates.
Can we start with a plan?
No — plans are for stores we know inside. Start with the audit or a project; the audit fee is credited against any project within 90 days.
